Is your order not completely to your liking? We (Air Combat Europe, henceforth to be named ACE) are sorry to hear that. But it happens!
Here’s how you can return your order.
First, make sure your order qualifies for returning:
– returns can be made within 14 days
– products should be unworn and all tags should still be attached
– Name tags, Patches and Remove Before Flight tags cannot be returned.
IMPORTANT: Let us know why you are returning your order on the included retour form and add this to your order.
As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal. ACE therefore lets you return your order within 14 days, free of costs. Within the 14 days following the dispatch of the product you can examine it, try it on and judge it like you would in an actual store, unless the product is lingerie or jewelry. These items cannot be tried on for hygienic reasons.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com to receive a free return label. This ensures the free return of the items not to your liking.
Did you receive your order, but turns out you ordered the wrong size? You can send your items back to ACE free of cost.
Make sure your purchase qualifies for exchange:
– Product is unworn and undamaged
– Your returned item(s) is to be in possession of our order processors within 14 days
– All tags should still be attached to your item(s)
Does your exchange request qualify with all these demands? You can continue returning your purchase. To do this, clearly state on the return form that you want to exchange your item for another size or color. Don’t forget to mention which size or color you want! We will check if we have the size or color you requested in stock as soon as we receive your returned item(s). If we do, the item is sent to you free of charge. You will receive a confirmation of our order processing the same day, stating that your order is on its way to you.
In case we don’t have the requested size or color in stock, we will let you know. We will also move to repay your purchase amount. Please contact our customer service if you haven’t heard from us 14 days after returning your item(s).
– We do not exchange item(s) for different products than the one you originally ordered. If you want a completely different item, please return your purchase and order the item(s) you want in our web shop. We will move to repay your original purchase amount.
– If the item is still not to your liking the second time, you will have to pay for whatever costs made to return the item.
